Pioneer firmware downgrade possible...??

Hi i updated the firmware on my 2 pioneer 111d drives this week and now whenever i burn dual layer it gives me the same error at 97% on both drives I/O error check condition!!!

Can i downgrade it back to the original firmware and if i can what do i need please.
