Does any one know a good program that is able to record video and sound at a good quality from the xbox 360 using its composite plugs?

I have a dvb kiarbaas video and sound capture card which can record the xbxo 360 sound and video on a pc screen.

I am using the usb port. This usb capture card has driver installed on windows 7 i just need the correct software and it should be at a decent frame rate.

For example if i use Y to jump my charecter in a game in the xbox 360, then it should not take 1 second after i press Y to jump then show the char jump on screen. It should jump straight away.
