hello
im connected htpc-rciever-tv with hdmi cable
im getting "white noise" when im trying to play dts wav
i dont want to use vlc
my codec: ffdshow
can someone help me solve this problem?

try playing it through audacity. i don't think WMP supports DTS wave files. Audacity is a free audio editor program but with the ffdshow plugin it can play DTS wave files.

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
