Trouble with PxHDD I downloaded the ISO image for version 1.3 I already had V1.2 which was installed by the Slayer CD that I used to set up the dashboard. I copied over the files and I over righted the V1.2 with the V1.3. The PxHDD app was installed by the Slayer disk automatically on drive E (I have a 120 Gig Drive) I then saw a read me file that stated:
If you install EvolutionX as your dashboard, you can still use this program.
Follow these steps:
1) Transfer the included HDDloader folder to your C drive using EvolutionX's
FTP capabilities. (If you can't figure this out, you dont need to be using
this program.)
2) Once you have C:HDDLoader on your xbox hard drive. Add the following line
to your MENU.INI EvolutionX config file.
Item "HDD Loader","C:HDDloaderdefault.xbe"
3) Reboot your xbox and you should see HDD Loader as a selection.
4) Insert the game you want to install to the HDD now.
5) Run the HDD Loader, Press B and it should start installing. You'll always
have to insert new games at the EvolutionX main menu, and run HDD Loader
to install a new disc.
To play a game that is already installed with HDD Loader, you can simply go
to HDD Loader and press A on the selected game.
I did not copy it to the C: like it stated and there is no MENU.INI file to edit. The current problem I have is not a real big problem but I would like for it to work right. In the main EvoX menu there is an option to play games on HD when I go there after copying a game there is noting there. If I go to the PxHDD like I was fixing to copy another game, the game I just copied shows there and I can select and play it. I wish it would load the games so that they would be in the Play games on HD in the main menu. Does anyone have any suggestions
