MOD CHIP intallation HELP!!

trying to install this neo12 modchip in my v9 ps2

but having difficulty with the last 5 wires left.
how do i get the FBGHI wires to solder to the back of the motherboard

they are very very tiny via's and i can't get them to solder to the wires

any help would be appreciated.

You need to get some flux paste to help the wires stick. plus you have to scrape the via's to clean them off. They habe a lacker covering them that need to be removed. So get a small needle or a fine tip screw driver and gently scrape the lacker off of them. Put a little solder on the tip of the wire and dip it in the flux paste. Then you should have no problem soldering to those little vias.
