im having trouble getting the rear and center speaks to work right. Speakers are Sony SRS-5100. i have the latest drivers for the card. ive checked to make sure the 5.1 setting was selected as speakers rather then the normal 2. The cable are plugged in the tthe proper outputs. Ive checked the SB manual.

ive run the SB diag and all shows green. i know the speakers work. does the SB Live! card only run 5.1 using the digital output on the card or can it also use the analog outputs?

when i test the speakers, heres how it sounds:

When "Front Left" is produced, it can be heard by the left front, left rear, and center speaker at the same time.

When "Center" is produced, It sounds in all speaker but at a much lower level (barely audible)

When "Front Right" is produced, it can be heard by the right front, right rear, and center speaker at the same time.

When "rear left" is produced, it can be heard by the left front, left rear, and center speaker at the same time but at a much lower level (barely audible).

When "Rear Right" is produced, it can be heard by the right front, right rear, and center speaker at the same time but at a much lower level (barely audible).
