Burning DVD-ROM booktype +R's with LG GSA-4082B

Does anyone know how to burn DVD-ROM booktype DVD+R discs with LG GSA-4082B burner? I've been looking all over the net for a solution.

Is it possible to do this using some software even if firmware doesn't allow changing the booktype bitsetting? Or do I have to wait that LG or some hacker does firmware that allows it?

I know there is a N0AD firmware for GSA-4120B that enables DVD-ROM booktype bitsetting. Does anyone know such firmware for GSA-4082B?

I just did a bit of searching and couldn't come up with anything for the 4082B either :(
