PS2 using wireless networked PC to connect to internet?

Hi all,

I'm about to get cable internet and a wireless network: DI-624 Xtreme G 108Mbps router; DWL-G520 Xtreme G 108Mbps wireless NIC. What I want to do is, since I don't want to spend $70+ on a wireless-G adapter for my Playstation 2, connect the PS2 network adapter to my PC's 10/100 NIC and use the PC as a sort of server or gateway to connect to the internet through my wireless network.

Getting an extra cable modem in my room is out of the question. Does anyone know if this is feasible?
