The lesson here of which there are two are.
1-use a lawyer who specialises in this type of case.
2-Avoid all of it learn chinese & make mods there. Downside is you may end up loosing it all to your assigned chinese partner as they steal it from you,apart from the dump china is with tofu construction where your crushed in rubble as the apartment collapses
