VGA to YCbCr CRT 4:3 TV?

I bought a Hitachi 68cm 4:3 TV (C29-R20AV model that does both PAL & NTSC) which luckily has a YCbCr input connection which I don't think is the same as an RGB one. I was just wondering if there was a device (convertor box) that can translate the VGA (15-pin) output of a PC graphics card into my TV? Both the Radeon 9800 Pro and TV itself already have S-Video inputs and outputs, but I thought since I've got something even better than this input on the TV then I could make use of the VGA output as well.

Any suggestions?
