Try locking your hdd or look inside your xbox for any loose connections. Reply back, if its still not working.

Once you install a aftermarket hard drive you can no longer boot from your original Microsoft dashboard.. You have to make a link in EVO-X or what ever dash you are using. hope this helps..

Error 13 means the dashboard is missing system files. Error 21 means that the application crashed and returned this error as it's output.

XBMC has trouble playing encrypted DVD's.. If you just have to use XBMC to play a DVD. You need to RIP it to the hard drive and then play it unencrypted. It will most likely have trouble then after you rip it not sure. I am playing mine upscaled in 1080I. yours might work great! Otherwise use DVDX to play DVDS

One more thing.. If your MSdash is not loading from evox then I would think it has to be a filename problem."MY XBOX" original
dashboard's is named "XBOXDASH.EXE".

I cannot remember if I renamed it at one time or not.. You might want to check that. I see in your first post that you have "msxboxdash.xbe and also xboxdash.xbe" in the same directory.

You audio player entry in the .INI file also points to " AudioPlayer = "c:evoxdash.xbe" I didn't see that filename in your first post. It wont boot the "evoxdash.xbe" if it's not there.. Plus it's wrong anway. EVOX wont play audio files. Check that also.

Yours

DVDPlayer = "f:appsdvd2.0default.xbe"
AutoLaunchAudio = No
#AudioPlayer = "c:evoxdash.xbe"
MSDashBoard = "c:msxboxdash.xbe"

Change to this

DVDPlayer = "f\:appsdvd2.0default.xbe" (looks wrong)
AutoLaunchAudio = No
#AudioPlayer = "c:\msxboxdash.xbe" or (xboxdash.xbe)
MSDashBoard = "c:\msxboxdash.xbe" or (xboxdash.xbe)

Sorry bout the confusion.. it's late and I wanted to help you out

Matt
