Toshiba USB controller needed

Hi there, I bought a toshiba P10 804 and have since formated and partitioned and put XP pro on, but when I tried to use my USB flash drive and camera I descovered that there is no usb controller installed. I looked on the disks provided and the toshiba website and both were unable to help, the shop I bought it from didn't care. I tried getting a usb driver for a different OS (just hoping), i even got desperate and updated windows.... and nothing.

Any help on this situation would be greatly appreciated.
