Take an example:
Let's say I wanna use a JAP image on a PAL machine using the PSO-Exploit.

Will I be able to do it, or must the machine and image be from the same region?

Like using a PAL image on a PAL cube?

Imports are streamable using the PSO exploit. Note that your TV must be able to display the same type of signal as the country of origin uses.

Note that Paper Mario 2 will NOT work, at least that is what I assume for nobody's telling me how to stream the JAP version on a PAL cube...
