PlEASE HELP !!PROBLEMS WITH DVD DECRYPTER AND SMARTRIPPER

After ripping the movie with dvd decrypter, opened ifoedit and founded that no ifo files in the folder.
Ripped again w smartripper and when open ifo edit it tells me that there is no NAV PACK.

I followed the rules on ripping guides.
Open dvd decrypter, select all files then read ifo files and start.
It doesn´look like others movies that I ripped something is missing.

Same thing happened w samrtripper.
It happened before with other movies, but I cant see what the problem is.

This is what I get after ripping the movie :
vts_12d2v
vts_12idx
vts_12lst
vts_12_0 IFO
Seven vts_12 1 to 7 VOB

Have no BUP files or IFO

PLEASE HELPPPPPPPPPPP!!!

When you are using DVD Decrypter (my personal choice) make sure you are in "file" mode and then select all the files on the disc. It sounds like you are in IFO or ISO modes.

hello..

what happens if you do a straight copy from dvd to harddrive? do you see all of the files or not? what os and version of ifoeditor are you using?
i'll check back after you post again..
