Need help with BMX-XXX

I backed up BMX-XXX and tried to resize it to a CD-RW. I deleted some demo movies of other games (harmless a assume) to resize it to < 700MB. Burned it with nero at 4x in TAO and DAO, the backup starts but give a "dirty disc" error. What could I have done wrong? Please give me some advise. All other CDRW backups work absolutely fine for me.
