If i dont have the game disc but the game is burnt to the hard drive can i still play it on live? I have Xenium Ice Mod-Chip. Will Xboxlive detect the modchip while im playing the game off of the Hard Drive?

No, your eeprom will be banned if you go on xbox live with your chip enabled. I believe there are other online options available for playing xbox games though, hopefully someone here will be able to tell you the program etc.
