It's possible with DVD Shrink using Reauthor. You'll lose menu functions. Check out Compilation Guide by ddlooping here:

There's a proggy made for just that, it's called DVD2One. You use it in the "join" mode and then either a "seamless" for joining 2 1/2 discs OR you can choose "Non-Seamless" to seperate 2 different movies - then burn with your burner of choice -
