Hi, I followed the instructions on this site for eac, lame. Under EAC, compression options, then clicking 'external compression' i have clicked 'high quality" and chosen a bit rate of 192 kbit/s.

However, the additional command line options are shown as: %l--alt-preset 128%l%h--alt-preset standard%h %s %d

What does the 128 mean? Am I really getting 192 or am I getting 128 kbit/s?
