i have a new xbox and it won't play my bootleg cd, but my buddy brought one and his does plays bootlegs!!!
is there a chip out there that can work 4 me?

I'm assuming you are talking about playing backups or your original games!! That said you'll need to install a mod chip or do an exploit. Search these wonderful forums for guides and info for both.

hey i'm sorry i didn't understand that. i'm not good in this stuff. like my audio cds(bootlegs) can;t play on my xbox and it's new, but is there a chip or something i can do. help, a unguide person, w/ this problem...

Read it all the way through, the hd install isn't a must to get started, but the rest is a good guideline. Also search the forums with any particular questions for a wealth of info on specific issues.
