hey i am contemplating which system i should mod my ps2 or xbox and i was wanderin is it possible to burn my xbox games with alcohol 120% by just creating an image and burn it

For xbox you will need:
Modchip and bios to match
A hacked dashboard, evolutionx etc.
A crossover cable and network card
Ftp software, craxtion 4 or flashfxp
and any burning software that supports image burns.

xbox modchips are the easiest (many less wires) to install, but you don't need to ftp the ps2 to backup. But once you figure it out, it is really quite easy. To get back to gameplay faster, I'll use dvd2xbox to put the game on my hdd, then when I'm finished playing I'll ftp the game from hdd to the pc (while sleeping) then burn the disk later.

Almost forgot, the extra stuff you can do with an xbox is so much better than a ps2 I wouldn't even waste time with one.
