DVD don't play in DVD player

I bought NEC 2500A burner in Dec 2003 and was able to copy DVD's and play them in my Panasonic RV31 player as well as AMW 101 player. But after a few times of firmware changes from the http://tdb.rpc1.org/ page, all the copied DVD's play only in my AMW 101 player.
I have tried :

-RPC1 and Rip Lock firmwares based on Windows 1.06, and Windows 1.07.
-Original Stock Firmware Binaries ND-2500A 1.05, ND-2500A 1.06, ND-2500A 1.07
-Rip Lock Only Firmware Binary and Windows Flasher 1.06, and 1.07

But all of them have the same results. Does anyone have the original factory firmware for the NEC 2500A drive, so I can restore it to factory defaults.
