so basicly, when using the slide card along with the swap magic cds, you can burn games into your ps2, so you can play the games whenever you want? Someone write back, Please! Thanks

im not sure what you mean. you can burn ps2 games to cd's or dvd's (depending on the game) and play those.

the game says compact disc or dvd rom right on it.

so if the ps2 game does say dvd rom on it, how do you burn it using a dvd player? Can you use the swap magic and slide card? Please write back. Thanks

You need to burn it to a dvd-r using a dvd burner.

no, but the program called DVD Decrypter makes it really easy to copy dvd based games. you just click mode-iso-read, mode-iso-write.

Hi,
Im new here and want to play backup cd's and dvd's on my PS2. But I dont want to open my console so now I was thinking to order the slide card/swap magic set. Is it correct that you then dont need any mod chip to play cd' s as well as dvd backups on your PS2?
