I have had sucess ripping backup copies of children movies but no luck on others,should i remove the unwanted subtitles before i rip to hard drive or after i can,t seemed to move the the file to shrink to accomplish this.

Hi,

Could you explain in more detail how you had no luck with some of your films? Any specific errors?

You should be able to remove subtitles by unchecking the ones you don't want before clicking the Backup! button :)
