Philips HDRW720 what a piece of junk

Today I purchased a Philips HDRW720. All I can say about it, is it records. Never have I dealt with a consumer electronics product so poorly designed. I believe the interface was designed by a Monkey. The controls have absolutly no logic. Putting the machine in record and then stopping recording requires a PHD. When I called Philips to find out how to get the machine out of record I was told nobody know how to work the machine. They were never trained. I found two notes and addendums that told how to get the unit out of record. But both were written by someone who's english must have been a third language. I am going to return this machine tomorrow, and recommend that unless you are a into pain don't buy one.
