hi, i just got a xp 2800+,512 dual channel ddr 333 mhz memory, abit nf7-s ( nvidia nforce 2 chipset), seagate ide 40 gb 5400rpm,msi ts gforce fx 5200 128 ddr video card i want to overclock my system i just want to know the proper settings so i wont damager my system.
