hello!

due to a raffle winning, i got some available cash now, and planning to waste it as follows:

)already got a nice pc with a dvd-rw,
Asus video suite (tv s-video in/out)

Creative Audigy ZS 2,
Yahama RX-V 540 / V730
DVD IT-2022 ITT (reads DivX3.11 - 5.0.2, Xvid, and so)
a nice 6.1 speaker sound system.

for dessert- Logitech wireless MX Bluetooth

what i want-
to be able to play DVD, Music, and surround games (Doom III etc) from PC, through receiver, to TV and speakers.
to record from DVD, through receiver (or not) to PC.
to record TV, through receiver (or not) to PC.

of course, maintain a 5.1 dolby/dts at all processes.

now, I wish to be advised by you, good people.

how should i connect this system?

i'v been thinking this way-
TV to Receiver -
RCA video & sound out -> RCA in.

DVD to Receiver -
RCA video out -> RCA in
Optical out -> Optical in (aux-v)

PC to Receiver -
s-video out -> s-video in
analog out -> 6ch input In

now, how shell i config my pc?
i want to keep the DD5.1 stream in and out to the PC, and be able to use the EAX features.

How should I setup the receiver ?
and how can i record from DVD & TV to my PC, so i'd be able to dvd-burn it?
