sorry peoples but i have read pages after pages of info and there are so many differnt chips and i need help

i have modde the xbox

all i want to do at the moment is connect the computer to the xbox

with this chip does the bios that it came with connect to a pc cos when i try to connect it to thye pc it says it connects but times out.

then i read i need evoultion x dashboard so i have got one of them so how do i get it onto the xbox

pretend im really dumb and some step by step instructions on how to do all this with the xenium ice v2 (solderless) woiuld be very greatfull
