I new to the fourm sorry if this topic has already been answerd.......Is there any way to make the hdd u put ur ps2 show up with out install software for the hd.. I am curllently using WinHIIP it lets u take a normal hdd and do a ps2 format (if any1 is familar with it) but dosent show up.... If some1 could help me i would apricate it Thanks

U have to format the hdd with hdloader first for WinHIIP to recognize the hard drive.

It already reconizes the hard driv i have a iso i put on it with WinHIIP the ps2 dosent see the harddrive

it wont see it

the ps2 browser will only recognise an OFFICIAL SONY PS2 HDD

the onyl way to boot games from a NON OFFICIAL hdd is to use something liek hd loader or hd advance

put ur ps2 hd in ur pc and use WinHIIP

yeah but is there a way to just connect the hd to the pc so i can send files without opening it and sticking it in?
