Trying to revert back to Windows 95-98-ME? But have the MultiBoot OS Screen. And Trying to get rid of it. simple solution is at hand. boot your computer with either a formated floppy from a pre Windows NT/XP machine or installation CD-rom. minimal boot option will do. the just type sys.com on drive c: and all is well.
