Can i burn a cd game to a dvd

I have a cd game that i want to burn to dvdr becasue my boot disks don't work when i try to boot cdrs, but they work great for dvdrs does anyone know how to do this?

I want to know also. I have Sega Sports Tennis which is a ps2 cd, and I want to know if it can be backed up onto a dvd-r. DVD-R works so much better on my Vers.4 PS2. Any little info or suggestions welcomed.

i have just started using swap magic and also experienced the same problem with the cd version. I managed to get it to work by loading the V7loader from http://swapmagicfix.com/ and loading that in between and my cd backups now work .. it does mean using my slide card twice for cd games

if you can get a cd backup to boot why don't you put the cogswap exploit on your mem card then you can just boot to the cogswap screen with your trigger disc, then swap for your cd backup

thanks i will give that a try :) , one thing i'm wondering is if there is a movie player disc you can use with swap magic to play divx and others on cdr ?
i have to search for info on that
