FTP TO HD PROBLEMS

Why do when i try to send some files such as movies to my xbox using flash fxp or ftp navigator they dont work? I get an error that looks like this:

[R] LIST -al
[R] 150 File status okay; about to open data connection.
[R] 226 Closing data connection. Transfer succeeded

Transfer queue completed
1 File failed to transfer

Same thing happens with some music files too. Someone please help?
