I'm using Pocket DVD Wizard to shrinks DVDs to play on an iPAQ (4150) and am having problems getting an

Firstly, I'm open to suggestions for any alternative products to shrink the DVDs.

However, with regards the current problem, I have shrunk DVDs successfully using the Pocket DVD Wizard software, but over the past couple of days have been getting the following message at the end of the first stage of processing:

Empty Output File
The output file is empty
This is usually due to a missing audio track in the MPEG input file. Would you like to try again without the audio track. Yes/No.

I've reset the settings to default and have even reinstalled the software, but to no avail.

This morning I have tried again and changed the output file to a different destination and have recieved the following error message at the start of the processing:

Warning.
Sample not found or audio decoding error. It sometimes begins at beginning or end of movie. Selecet continue will fill audio buffer with blank. Continue?

Any ideas out there??
