no, it means if you want to make a backup of a game you own, you can get online with it.

how about pirated cds? do they have softwares for that that you could use playing online? any suggestions? because i was trying to play NFSU online but i cant connect since i dont have the passwords for that. thanks for the help. i appreciate it.
