How can I change my XBox NTSC System to PAL System?

I have an XBox bought two years ago in U.S.A. by my ancle. I'm living in Italy and here there are only PAL System Games. How can I change the video System from NTSC to PAL? I have already seen other thread which you talk in about an Enigma Video Selector; what is it? where can I find it?

Ho una XBox comprata due anni fa negli Stati Uniti da mio zio. Io vivo in Italia e qui i giochi sono tutti in versione PAL. Come posso cambiare la mia console da NTSC a PAL? Ho già visto altri post nei quali si parla di Enigma Video Selector; che cos'è? dove posso trovarlo?
