hi

i have been trying to burn my dvds and playstation games and i am using nero express and alcohol but my dvd burner just keeps failing rite at the very start. It says its reseting its self what do i do to solve the problem.
Please help if you can Thank You.

We have to have some more information like your PC's spec's, what programs are you using to backup your DVD's.

What type of files are your DVD's in OR are you trying to backup DVD's ?
