Ok hi everyone i have 2 ps2 v7 console. Console (a) and Console (b). Console (a) board has gone and console (b) lens has gone soo all i want to do is put the lens out of console (a) in console (b). Ok i did the but after changing it the disc don't spin after the change. And i changed the whole tray and everything the lens is built in??

make sure you plugged in all the cables correctly.
