buring my dvd on the lowest speed

hi
i am usinging alchole 120%
i am trying 2 copy an image on to a dvd r
but the lowest it will let me burn is 2X

in the options i tryed 2 make it record on 1x but it wudnt let me, does any one know how to do this?

does any1 also know if i can get another software to butn my dvd games etc, at 1x

BlindWrite 5 (using BlindWrite 5 Tweaker) will allow burn speeds down to .5X for DVD.

i have downloaded the program, but i am totaly stuck how 2 use it
can i have a step by step of how to set it up then burn the image on my dvdr at 1x

So you have both BlindWrite 5 and BW5 Tweaker, yes? You need both.

Open Tweaker first where there are two settings that you need to worry about and both are on the Basic Settings tab.

The first is a drop down menu next to "Write Speed DVD" where you can select the speed you want.

The second is at the top right where it says "Start Page". You want to select "Write" then click "Run BlindWrite at the bottom.

Now BW5 will open and you'll be ready to select your image and burn it :)
