Please help me!

I want to play some Genesis roms on my PS2. I installed PGen to the hard drive (directly by hooking the HDD to my computer and installing with HDL Dumb) but I can't get any Roms to work.

I use HD Loader to open Pgen. The gui (menu) comes up fine, it works, it reads files on my memory card and everything, but I can't get any roms to work. I tried putting them on cd, but it doesn't read the cd when I'm in the PGen Gui. I have made a bin, repaired it with CDMage and made it an ISO. I burnt it with Nero. No dice.

How can I get roms onto my hard drive or my memory card? I have HD Loader, HDL_Dumb, CDMage, CDGenPs2 and an unmodified PS2 (No slide card either.) I do have AR2 v2, but I wouldn't know how to do a cd swap with it after I've already used HD Loader to run PGen.
