FTP Madness...

So I have tried everything... Heres what I can do:
1. Connect to Xbox using FlashFXP, IE, and CuteFTP Pro
2. View listings and upload SMALL FILES under 50kb
3. Copy files from ANOTHER NETWORK (at friends house)

And heres what I can't do:
1. Upload files from PC
2. Upload files from MAC
3. Upload files larger that that 50k file.

I have tried and checked everything.... And yes I have searched and read previous posts on this forum so I'm familiar with other problems that could come up.

I have changed/tested cables many times (using a Cat5E cable tester), I have changed the router in my system because it was giving me problems, and as stated above I have tried different computers. I can connect fine on the Mac but still same situation.

I tried using a crossover cable between my PC and my box to eliminate the most hardware possible but had no luck... (Yes I used a stat IP for that :P) I think I might have made the cable wrong so if anyone has a pic of the pin order on both ends that might help.

Anyways I feel like I have given more than enough info to get the great minds working on this forum. I'll check back soon, anyone who can help point me in the right direction will get many thanks!
