Exe to PS2 ISO (newbie)

I want to make my own little PS2 "game". After I create the EXE on my computer(WinXP), how do I then convert it into a PS2 ISO?

If im not mistaken you will need to write an environment for it. Seriously, consider ditching what you have. Go to www.ps2dev.org for PS2 software development tools. The have C and C++ based environments, tutorials, and samples to get you started. The basic "executable" file type for PS2 is *.elf.

Someone please correct me if you have a bigger insight into this than I.
