ok i am a noobe and i have a x-ecuter 2.2 lite mod chip with cromwell for a flash bios. i need to know if there is any way to remove that and put an evox autoinstaller. i installed the mod chip correctly and now im just confused. thanks

You're back to step one. You need to reflash your chip with another bios other than cromwell.

what flash bios do i need to get evox on there???
i have tried to put the slayer autoinstaller 2.6.
so please point me the right direction.

hey your linked worked so thanks for the help you gave me,but one last thing so i need the flashing hardware or can i do it buy a cd+rw.
and if i need the flashing hardware were can i find it because i tried to find it from the web site i orderd it from but they only have x-ecuter 2.3 flashing stuff now.

youre getting evox confused with a bios.
you can use x2 4981 , or evox m7 etc
for instructions on making a flashbios disc goto teamxecuter.com
for the bios, get mirc
and go on efnet servers
channel #xbins

ok well i burned the iso and put it in the xbox and then it said no bios found....Halting!!!

on another note i have tried to burn it multyble times and still it doesnt work.
how can i overwrite cromwell because i dont want to put linux on my xbox
