When I'm making PS2 back ups, do I use the Image MAKING Wizard or the Image BURNING Wizard? Also, what's the difference between the two?

Okay! Thanks I just made an image of the game on my desktop, so can I delete that? Or can I still use that to make the back-up?

I prefer using the copy wizard.
But if the image is already on your desktop you could try using the lmage burning wizard, it should give the same results as the copy wizard =)

To MAKE an image file to store on your computer...

MAKE.

To BURN and image file already on your computer...

BURN.
