Something strange happened to my Xbox, for some reason it rebooted itself and now I get the "Evo X" background with the following options:

MS Dashboard
Reboot
Power Off
Settings
Backup

How do I revert back to the previous settings, All forums that I´ve found about this subject for the last 2 hours!! have solved the problem by explaining how to fix the EvoX, but I dont want it, I want my old settings, please help, my roomate is goingto be pissed off when he gets back (his computer) :)
