Sonic Heroes sound problem on backup???

Hi, I've been trying to backup my copy of Sonic Heroes to HD, I used qwik to ftp to my pc, patched then burned to dvd, then I copied the DVD to the HD.

The problem is the sound gets stuck in place and doesnt play at the right time.

I am new to this and this is the first game i have tried to backup, any help and advise would be apreciated.
