well Im gonna began to order all the necessary components that I need to use a hard drive(maxtor 120 gb IDE hard drive, ps2 network adapter, HD advance). I need to know how do I place games directly onto the hdd itself. Do I need to hook up my hdd to my computer to do this or can I do it right off the ps2 itslef. Thanx in advance for the help.

Chuck in HDLoader, then basically tell it u want to copy a game. Then it'll copy it to the HDD in the PS2. Or you can hook it up to your comp and transfer the images through your computer.
