Good Day,

I'm new in backing up PS2 Games. Mortal Kombat Deception is my 1st one. So far it's not working :(
Here's what I did.

I backed up my game using ISO READ/ISO WRITE with DVD DECRYPTER. MEDIA is RITEK RIDATA DVD -R. I use Swap Magic Disc to play my backup ( which I got today, so maybe I'm doing it wrong ). Please tell me if I need to patch my game before I back it up ? Or it could be during my 2nd swap ( when the backup game is in the tray )I'm having difficulties going back all the way to the left. When I press X on my remote, the Insert Disc is still on my tv screen but this time with some kind of RED Color on the top & left back screen.

Regards,
Dan

I just use DVD Decrypter to create the ISO and to burn the disc. As long as I am offline and I have Norton turned off, it is a perfect backup every time.

-r wasn't your problem techville, it was using memorex dvd-r. Not all ps2's will play +r.
