Hi

Have a friends computer and using DVD Shrink and Nero.

Using seperate Samsung DVD-ROM and LG4082B DVD Writer.

DVD Shrink is working fine, but sometimes when it goes to burn it comes up with error. Open up Nero and create a DVD-Video and it comes up the same.

It doesnt happen all the time though.

Here is the Nero Log:

I'd drop the burn speed down on those Princo discs and probably get some Ritek if that does not help. Nero looks a little old as well. Your friend may want to get the newer version.

I think it's the media. A batch of Princo having random bad discs is not unheard of. That would be the next thing to change,

Switch to better media [definitely] ... as Frank said either Ritek G04/G05 or Taiyo Yuden

And also maybe try using the 'disable Nero' in DVD Shrink and use DVD Decrypter to burn the ISO that's output instead (?).

Worth a try ! : ]-~
