I've been doing my research for quite some time on how to backup games for the PS2. I read you can use a gameshark 2 to play them, so I went out and I bought one. The gameshark automatically ejects the cd. Is there anyway that I can use this version, if not, what version of the Gameshark 2 do I have to get?

This should fix your eject problem.
In the options menu all you need change the setting Auto Eject to Manual Eject =)
