Can anyone please explain the difference between a 10 bit 54mhz dac convertor in a dvd recorder (Pioneer 520) and a 12 bit 108mhz dac convertor (Sony GX3)?
I have the Sony and am considering buying the new Pioneer. Reports say the picture quality on the Pioneer is good but the specs are lower. I would appreciate any explanation from a guru out there,
