swap magic cd disc not working

Hi, im new to this site and i just got the swap magic discs and my cd one doesnt work, specificly: i turn my ps2 on, i insert it, and then nothing happens.
Also when i go into browser it says disc read error

try pressing the reset button after inserting the swapmagic disc or try booting the ps2 with the swapmagic disc already in the ps2

Actual i just got the swap m. discs about 4 days ago and its not scratched or dirty at all.
And also iv tryed both things you suggested and it still doesnt work but thanks, anyone have any other idea?
